Do I have to buy a ticket to see the fireworks?
No. You can watch the fireworks from Romare Bearden Park or on the streets around the stadium for free.
However the best view is inside the stadium. To see SkyShow and see your Charlotte Knights battle Durham, get your tickets here.
Where is the best place to view the fireworks?
The best place to view the fireworks is from inside BB&T Ballpark. Tickets will be on sale soon.
What time will the fireworks start?
The fireworks will start at 9:30 or after the game is over, whichever is later.
How can I buy tickets for the game and fireworks?
You can buy tickets from the Knights box office at the stadium box office or online here.
What time is the SkyShow Street Party?
SkyShow Street Party begins at 2pm and lasts until after the fireworks.
Where is the Street Party?
The street festival is located on Mint Street between MLK and 3rd and on MLK between Mint and Church. Learn more about the SkyShow Street Party here.
Is the Street Party free?
Yes. There is no admission charge for the festival. See more information about the SkyShow Street Party here.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, there will be a variety of food options in addition to water, soft drinks, beer and wine.
Will there be kids activities?
Yes, there is a variety of activities for kids and adults to participate in! Check out everything our SkyShow Street Party has to offer here.
Will there be live music?
Yes, live music will be played on the main stage located at the intersection of MLK and Mint St. Check out our live music schedule here.
Can I bring a blanket or lawn chair to watch the fireworks?
Yes, you can bring a blanket or lawn chair to view the fireworks outside the stadium in Romare Bearden Park and the surrounding areas.
If you have a ticket for the game, you can not bring those items inside BB&T Ballpark.
Is the event rain or shine?
The SkyShow Street Party is rain or shine. The fireworks may be delayed due to inclement weather, but the show will start after any inclement weather passes!
Will the fireworks be choreographed to music?
Yes, SkyShow is one of the largest choreographed shows in the country.

Can I bring a pet to the event?
Although pets are not forbidden on the event site, it is recommended you leave them at home due to the large crowds and loud noise levels from the fireworks and entertainment.

Can I bring a cooler to the event?
Coolers are not allowed inside BB&T Ballpark or on the street for the SkyShow Street Party.
You may have your cooler in Romare Bearden Park and the areas surrounding the ballpark.
Where can I park for the festival or the game?
Most parking lots will be available for a fee. You can see a list of the lots closest to the event site here.
What time does the baseball game start?
First pitch is scheduled for 6:05pm.
